Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In its original condition
- With all included accessories and packaging when possible
- Not damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at grillforce.us@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for your return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

Please do not send your item back before contacting our support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
